Our Menu

Some of our traditional dishes:

  • Brandacuion, a fish dish done in a personal interpretation
  • Cappon Magro, a spectacular composition of fish with vegetables, with   green sauce dressing
  • small red fish fried in a crisp dressing with artichokes
  • New young fish
  • Raw fish marinaded in orange sauce
  • Home-made pasta dishes with ragout of gallinella fish sauce, or baby octopus, or prawns and artichokes or zucchini when in season
  • The day’s catch oven-cooked  with Taggiasca olives and Vermentino

All of the above served with good local wine such as Vermentino, Pigato or Rossese and Sciacchetrà.
